The Saturday Evening Post's annual fiction writing contest which promises publication and prize money to 1 winner and several finalists. Cost is $10 to submit. See website for contest details. The Hal Prize

Free to use for authors and publishers, STACK is a submissions manager catering to small and indie presses. It has a simple, user-friendly interface that is all business.
